The apartment is located in the 8. district , just a stone's throw away from the Ringstraße, the boulevard surrounding the historical inner city. Although this is a lively area with great restaurants, cafés, theatres, cinemas, parks and musea the apartement is quiet. It is one of the most popular neighbourhoods of central Vienna. In a 10 minutes walk you arrive at the Town Hall of Vienna, the Burgtheater,Parlament, University and the inner district.
We are: Ursula doctor of medicine( public health care), Klaus doctor of medicine Interne )both in our fifties and three children.Clemens is 28 years old and and has already degreed in architecture in Vienna, Sebastian 23 years old studies medicine in Vienna, and also Laura 20 years studies medicine.
Now we are empty nesters working and living during the week in a house in Upper Austria.
As all our children study and work in Vienna we are keen on visiting them quite often using our second home.



Wir sind ein Ärzteehepaar mit 3erwachsenen Kindern und haben uns diese Wohnung als lang ersehnten Traum erworben.Jeder der Kultur liebt Theater, Oper,Museen wird von der Lage dieser Wohnung begeistert sein.Gleich gegenüber kann man in einem typischen Wiener Kaffehaus frühstücken und im Internet schauen was man unternehmen will.Viele unterschiedliche Lokale erwarten sie in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Mit der Buslinie Nr. 13a kann man schnell alle anderen Innenstadtbezirke erreichen.Wir sind sehr reisefreudig und können uns vorstellen auch für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu tauschen.Wenn sie auch eine Wohnung als Zweitwohnsitz haben könnten die Tauschzeiten auch variabel gestaltet werden.

Wir möchten in alle Städte dieser Welt,sind aber berufstätig und können verlängerte Wochenenden derzeit nur in Europa verwirklichen .

Unsere Wohnung ist nach Vereinbarung Frei,

Our passions include travelling, music, theatre, architecture and contemporary design.We love Vienna and can provide you with lots of information about its sights and its cultural life.
